the necessary information with their manuscript, preventing delays in publication. Before sending your manuscript to Crown House Publishing, please check for all of the following:

c A complete Bibliography is enclosed.
c All quotations are fully referenced and all footnotes are complete.
c All contact details (telephone/fax numbers, addresses, web site/e-mail addresses) are supplied, and all are correct.
c The Author Questionnaire Form has been fully completed and returned.
c The author has read through manuscript, ensuring it is complete and in a satisfactory condition.
c All chapters and sections have been supplied as a hard copy and electronically (e.g. e-mailed/on disc).
c A list of people who might be interested in providing pre-publication reviews/endorsements is included.
